How do you keep fingernails clean when gardening?

Does anyone have any "Martha" tips on how to keep nails from looking like an auto mechanics when you are an avid gardener? Martha Stewart suggested to put rubber gloves under gardening gloves, but they make your hands sweat badly! Or, how best to clean "gardener’s hands?" Thanks!

Wear gloves. Or, if you don’t like wearing them, dig your fingernails into soap so it wedges under. If you’re also working with water, you’ll have to dig into the soap again. To get the dirt out of your skin, use a knuckle brush & lava soap. Then moisturize your hands afterwards with a bit of olive oil

How do I finance a house down payment while I am still making payments on the home I am trying to sell?

The buyer for our home just backed out and we have to close next Friday on the house we had made an offer on. We don’t have enough cash on hand without our equity in this house to make the down payment. Is there anyway we can get a loan to make the down payment so we can move ahead with the purchase. I would rather not get a bridge or finance 100%.

Good evening. Your best option is going to be to do an 80/20 combo loan. This way you will finance an 80% first mortgage and a 20% second mortgage/home equity line of credit. In essence this is … Read the rest

What are the environmental effects if an earthquake destroys a dam?

If there are two dams, one (Ryan dam) further downhill and the other (Rainbow dam) upstream from the first, what would the environmental effects be on the channel between the two dams? Furthermore, what would happen to a third dam (Morony dam) that is downhill from Ryan Dam?

I cannot answer this question specifically, because I’m not precisely familiar with those damns, the river that they dam, the terrain that they’re built in, or how far they are, and what position their floodplain is from civilization.

But as a general rule –

If a dam is instantly taken away (however it’s done), the reservoir of water behind the dam will … Read the rest

What race dominates more sports, considering every single professional and Olympic sport?

We often hear from other homies or liberals that we dominate sports (African Americans) , but guys i had a long conversation last night which opened my eyes . Other than basketball, some positions in American football and some running events , what other sports do we dominate massively? There are so many sports, hundreds probably, how did this propaganda started? Aren’t whites a minority worldwide, so how do they dominate all these sports and none talks about it?

A good 80% of sports worldwide are white dominated and Olympics is the proof, so the whole black domination sports thing it can’t be nothing more than a joke or stereotype!
