Hosting a high school track meet w 600 athletes. How many hot dogs, brats & burgers should we have on hand?

We are Hosting our first invitational. We have 600 registered athletes plus coaches and parents. Serving hot dogs, brats, cheeseburgers and hamburgers – chips, cookies and beverages. I need to know approx. quanitites to purchase. Meet runs on a Fri after school from 3:00-9:00pm. THANKS!
Looking for answers from people experienced in running concession stands for high school events.

    I would do 3 hot dogs for each person. 2 bags of chips, 2 cookies and 2 beverages per person. Some people will eat less and some people will eat more. I would go with 2,500 hot dogs.
