You are gonna love gardening, don’t try to do it all in one year. Get to know where the sun shines the most, and where the shaded areas are. Because you will need flowers for the sun areas, and flowers for the shaded areas.

Since you are a beginner, this year start your garden with plants that you get from a garden center or nursery. They are called bedding plants and come in a six pack. Look for a little tag sticking in the six pact showing directions on how to grow the plants. If the tag is not there, ask for one or buy something else. Directions are VERY important.

Seeds are not always easy to grow. And wildflowers are the hardest so don’t be disappointed if they don’t show up.

Two good things to do for yourself is to call your local County Extension Service and ask for all the information that they have about gardening in your area. They usually have a packet/kit of things for the home gardener.

And number two would be to pick up a couple of beginner books. You really do need to know about soil, compost, mulch and etc.

Container/pots/window boxes needs:

All need holes in the bottem for water drainage,
Potting soil that comes in bags,

I checked this preowned car, and AA said there is an existing finance agreement against the car, which is a hire purchase.

I told the dealer, and he said this is a finance repossession. He said the finance company has cleared the car.

Obviously I will speak directly to the finance company. But do you think it is advisable to buy this type of car? It is a Nissan Almera, so quality-speaking, it should be good.

If there is an existing finance on the car, the dealer should not be selling it. The finance should have been cleared up by the repo and the car should have a clean title now.

There’s nothing wrong with buying a repo. It’s like any other used car. Some uninformed people might advise against it because they think such cars have been abused by the owners, knowing that they are going to lose the car. This is rarely true. Desserts depend on the preparer because you can get rum substitute and it depends on quantity and if they were put in before or after being cooked. For Food, if you let it cook long enough the alcohol will evaporate out, but there might be trace residues in them. As far as a alcohol test goes, eating some breads causes you to have a slight hit due to the yeast and if you ate right before you could but not enough that you wouldn’t be able to explain.

I start with a base cost. Let’s say it’s $600 for 4 hours of time, un-edited high-res jpegs of my choice on a CD.

If the client wants 2 more hours, add a set cost per hour. Let’s say $100 per hour.

Then if the client wants an album with prints of various sizes. You do your research and calculation and figure that’ll cost you $300 out of pocket, so you charge $600 more.

One of the great advantages of collecting antique furniture is that it is not only a good investment, but it is something that can be used and enjoyed every day. To protect your investment and insure it’s continued value, it is important to care for it properly.

There are three areas to consider when caring for antiques: proper cleaning, proper protection and maintaining a proper environment. When it comes to caring for antique furniture, dust, direct sunlight and improper environment are furniture’s worst enemies.

Regarding dust, if it is allowed to remain on the surface of your antiques, it can actually damage the finish of wood, brass and other surfaces. Therefore, it is critical to make dusting a part of your weekly routine. You should dust every few days, and at the very least, once a week. How often you dust may also depend on your environment and location.

When dusting, it is important to “do no harm”. Never dust with anything that may scratch the finish of your furniture, whether a dusting or cleaning compound or cloth that may have abrasive properties. Use only a soft cloth, and avoid sprays of any type, including furniture polish. The chemicals used in many of these products that are designed to repel dust and dirt may cause a weakening of the antique’s finish or even stain the wood. Remember, cleaning should protect and preserve your pieces, not cause damage. However, even more important than controlling temperature is controlling humidity.

Air that is too humid may cause wood to warp, drawers and doors to stick and veneer to swell. In extremely humid conditions, mold and mildew may occur and cause costly damage. Extremely dry air may cause wood to crack and joints to become loose.

If you live in a climate that is prone to temperature and humidity extremes, it is a good idea to invest in a humidifier and dehumidifier. During cold winters when temperatures plunge below zero, the humidity level inside a Home can easily drop to as little as 5 percent. Room humidifiers are not expensive, and can easily protect your antique furniture from unnecessary damage due to dry air.

In extremely humid climates, humidity may be controlled by a home’s central air conditioning system. However, when outdoor temperatures are not high enough to make it necessary to use air conditioning, a room dehumidifier will help maintain a safe humidity level.

Antique furniture can be more than just an investment or hobby. Many believe it is best when used and enjoyed. When properly cleaned, maintained and protected these pieces can be passed on for generations.
