On Monday 7th March 2011, Year 11 pupils from local high schools got the opportunity to gain hands-on practical experience at a land-based careers day held at Northop College. During the course of the day, students met with professionals with extensive experience in the sector and took part in two sessions from areas delivered at the site. In Animal Care sessions, students handled a range of animals and undertook health checks on guinea pigs and rabbits.
